1.3. These Terms apply to visitors, registered members, advertisers, businesses, buyers, sellers, employers, job seekers and anyone accessing or using the Platform.

1.4. By accessing, registering, publishing advertisements, purchasing optional features or otherwise using AnimeAd, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

1.5. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

1.6. Additional policies, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Scam Alert and category-specific posting rules, may apply.

1.7. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection, privacy or other applicable laws, those laws prevail.

2.5. Sellers are responsible for checking local restrictions, licences, permits, taxes, product standards and consumer protection obligations.

2.6. International advertisers must comply with applicable import, export, customs, sanctions and cross-border trade laws.

2.7. Users must not advertise goods or services to countries where those goods or services are prohibited.

2.8. AnimeAd may restrict advertisements or access in particular countries where necessary for legal compliance or platform safety.

2.9. AnimeAd does not guarantee that its services or every advertisement are lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction.

2.10. Mandatory rights under applicable national, state, provincial or regional laws remain unaffected.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1. Users creating accounts or posting advertisements must be at least 18 years old, or older where applicable law requires.

3.2. Users must have legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreements.

3.3. Account registration information must be accurate and not intentionally misleading.

3.4. Users must not impersonate another individual, company, government agency or organisation.

3.5. Users must not create accounts using stolen identities or information obtained without authorisation.

4. Role of AnimeAd

4.2. Buyers and sellers ordinarily negotiate and transact directly with each other.

4.3. AnimeAd is not automatically a party to agreements between advertisers and visitors.

4.4. AnimeAd does not generally take ownership or possession of goods advertised by users.

4.5. AnimeAd does not ordinarily inspect products, vehicles, properties or services before publication.

4.6. AnimeAd does not guarantee the honesty, identity, qualifications, licensing or financial position of advertisers.

4.7. Business profiles and advertisements are not endorsements or certifications by AnimeAd.

4.8. Listing views, account registration or advertisement publication do not guarantee sales, employment, enquiries or business results.

4.9. Users are responsible for independently verifying the parties and circumstances of transactions.

4.10. Nothing in this section excludes any legal responsibility AnimeAd has under applicable law.

5. General Advertisement Rules

5.1. Advertisements must be genuine, lawful and relevant to the selected category.

5.2. Titles, descriptions, prices, locations and contact information must not be deliberately false or misleading.

5.3. Advertisers must have the right or authorisation to advertise the goods, services, jobs or properties concerned.

5.4. Material defects, restrictions, fees or important conditions must not be intentionally concealed.

5.5. Advertisements must not falsely claim official approval, guaranteed results or professional qualifications.

5.6. Duplicate or repetitive advertisements may be removed where they disrupt the Platform or mislead users.

5.7. Keyword stuffing, deceptive titles and irrelevant promotional links are prohibited.

5.8. Advertisements must not contain malicious code, phishing links or fraudulent redirections.

5.9. Advertisers must not post deliberately misleading prices to attract enquiries.

5.10. Users must update or remove advertisements when products or services are no longer available.

5.11. Advertisements must comply with all relevant consumer, advertising, employment and trading laws.

5.12. AnimeAd may reject, edit, restrict or remove listings that breach these Terms.

6. Stolen Goods and Unlawfully Obtained Property

6.1. Advertising stolen goods is strictly prohibited.

6.2. Users must not advertise property obtained through theft, fraud, deception, unauthorised access or other unlawful means.

6.3. Sellers must have lawful ownership or appropriate authorisation to sell the advertised goods.

6.4. Goods subject to unlawful possession, misappropriation or fraudulent ownership claims must not be advertised.

6.5. Examples of prohibited goods include stolen mobile phones, computers, vehicles, jewellery, tools, bicycles and electronic devices.

6.6. Users must not advertise items with deliberately altered, removed or falsified serial numbers or identification details.

6.7. Users must not conceal known ownership disputes, security interests or legal restrictions.

6.8. AnimeAd may remove suspected stolen-goods advertisements and request supporting ownership information where appropriate.

6.9. Credible reports of stolen goods may be referred to appropriate authorities when legally permitted or required.

6.10. Users are responsible for complying with the laws governing ownership and transfer of goods.

7. Counterfeit Goods and Intellectual Property

7.1. Counterfeit products are prohibited.

7.2. Users must not advertise fake branded clothing, watches, electronics, accessories, cosmetics or other counterfeit merchandise.

7.3. Trademark infringement, copyright infringement and unauthorised commercial use of protected material are prohibited.

7.4. Advertisers must not falsely represent counterfeit products as genuine.

7.5. Unauthorised software licences, pirated digital products, stolen activation keys and unlawfully distributed media are prohibited.

7.6. Users must not use another business's trademarks or branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation.

7.7. Legitimate second-hand branded goods may be advertised where lawful and accurately described.

7.8. AnimeAd may remove content following credible intellectual property complaints.

7.9. Repeat or serious infringement may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Photographs, Images, Videos and Uploaded Content

8.1. Users must own, create or have permission to use images and other content uploaded to AnimeAd.

8.2. Uploading photographs copied from other websites without appropriate permission is prohibited.

8.3. Users must not upload copyrighted photographs, commercial images, logos or promotional materials without the necessary rights.

8.4. Images must accurately represent the advertised goods, services or business.

8.5. Misleading stock images, manipulated product photographs and deceptive visual representations are prohibited.

8.6. Users must not upload photographs of individuals in circumstances that violate their privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

8.7. Images of children must be lawful, appropriate, non-exploitative and used only with necessary authorisation.

8.8. Sexually explicit images, nudity intended for sexual display, pornography and sexual exploitation material are prohibited.

8.9. Graphic violence, extreme gore and images promoting cruelty are prohibited.

8.10. Users must not upload confidential documents, payment card information or sensitive identity records as listing images.

8.13. Users retain ownership of their original content, subject to the limited licence granted to AnimeAd under Section 27.

9. Pornography, Adult Content and Sexual Services

9.1. AnimeAd is a general classified advertising platform and does not permit pornography or sexually explicit advertising.

9.2. Advertisements for prostitution, escort services, sexual companionship, paid sexual activities and similar services are prohibited.

9.3. Pornographic photographs, sexually explicit videos and explicit sexual illustrations are prohibited.

9.4. Advertisements for adult sexual entertainment, pornographic subscriptions and explicit adult websites are prohibited.

9.5. Sexually explicit products marketed primarily for sexual stimulation are prohibited.

9.6. Advertisements involving sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion or abuse are strictly prohibited.

9.7. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

9.8. Users must not disguise adult services as massage, modelling, employment, accommodation or other general categories.

9.9. Links redirecting visitors to prohibited adult services or explicit websites are not permitted.

9.10. AnimeAd may immediately remove prohibited content and suspend associated accounts.

9.11. Lawful non-explicit advertisements for ordinary clothing, health services or educational materials are not automatically prohibited, provided they comply with these Terms.

10. Firearms, Weapons and Explosives

10.1. Advertisements for firearms, guns, rifles, pistols and other firearms are prohibited.

10.2. Ammunition, firearm components, silencers and conversion devices are prohibited.

10.3. Explosives, grenades, bombs, fireworks and explosive-making materials are prohibited.

10.4. Restricted knives, switchblades, prohibited combat weapons and similar dangerous items are prohibited.

10.5. Tasers, stun guns and restricted defensive weapons are prohibited.

10.6. Instructions, services or products intended to facilitate unlawful weapon manufacture or modification are prohibited.

10.7. Military-grade weapons and restricted tactical equipment are prohibited.

10.8. These restrictions apply even where possession or sale might be lawful in a particular country.

10.9. AnimeAd may remove any advertisement presenting a serious public safety concern.

11. Medicines, Pharmaceuticals, Supplements and Health Products

11.1. AnimeAd.com strictly prohibits advertisements for medicines, pharmaceuticals, vitamins, dietary supplements, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, bodybuilding supplements and similar products. This prohibition applies worldwide, including in countries where such products may legally be sold.

11.2. Prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, antibiotics, painkillers, controlled medications and pharmaceutical preparations are prohibited.

11.3. Vitamins, minerals, multivitamins, protein powders, protein shakes marketed as supplements, amino acid supplements, creatine, pre-workout products, bodybuilding supplements and sports nutrition supplements are prohibited.

11.4. Herbal supplements, botanical extracts, traditional medicines, Ayurvedic medicines, homeopathic remedies, medicinal teas and products promoted for medicinal purposes are prohibited.

11.5. Weight-loss pills, fat burners, appetite suppressants, detox supplements, sexual enhancement products, hormone boosters and performance-enhancing supplements are prohibited.

11.6. Steroids, hormones, testosterone products, growth hormones and other restricted performance-enhancing substances are prohibited.

11.7. Counterfeit, expired, recalled, unregistered, adulterated, contaminated or unlawfully imported medicines and supplements are strictly prohibited.

11.8. Advertisements for pharmacies, online medicine sellers, supplement retailers or businesses promoting the sale or distribution of prohibited products are not permitted.

11.9. These restrictions apply to classified advertisements, business profiles, promotional listings, premium advertisements and other user-submitted promotional content.

11.10. Advertisers must not disguise medicines or supplements as ordinary groceries, fitness products, beauty products, herbal products or general merchandise to bypass these rules.

11.11. Advertisements offering free samples, giveaways, wholesale supply, dropshipping, affiliate promotions or distribution opportunities involving prohibited medicines or supplements are also prohibited.

11.12. Claims that a product is natural, organic, approved, registered, safe, medically recommended or legally available do not exempt it from AnimeAd's prohibition.

11.13. Ordinary food and beverages not marketed as medicinal products or dietary supplements are not automatically prohibited by this section, provided they comply with applicable food safety laws and all other AnimeAd policies.

11.14. Ordinary healthcare services may be advertised only where otherwise permitted, lawfully provided and not used to promote the sale of prohibited medicines or supplements.

11.15. AnimeAd may remove prohibited advertisements without prior notice where appropriate and may suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations.

11.16. AnimeAd may expand or clarify these restrictions where necessary for user safety, legal compliance or Platform integrity.

We do not permit the advertising, sale, promotion, distribution or marketing of medicines, pharmaceuticals, vitamins, dietary supplements, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, protein powders or bodybuilding supplements, even where such products are otherwise legal.

12. Alcohol, Tobacco, Nicotine and Restricted Substances

12.1. AnimeAd.com strictly prohibits the advertising, sale, promotion and distribution of alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, whisky, vodka, spirits, liqueurs, homemade alcohol and similar products.

12.2. This prohibition applies worldwide, regardless of whether the product may legally be sold in a particular country.

12.3. Advertisements for alcohol delivery, alcohol wholesale, direct alcohol sales and alcohol distribution opportunities are prohibited.

12.4. Cigarettes, tobacco, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, nicotine products and related restricted products are prohibited.

12.5. Illegal or restricted intoxicating substances are prohibited.

12.6. These restrictions apply to classified listings, business profiles, premium advertisements and promotional content.

12.7. Users must not disguise prohibited products under unrelated categories or use indirect wording to bypass these restrictions.

12.8. Ordinary restaurant advertisements, hospitality employment, bar furniture, glassware and other lawful non-alcohol merchandise may be permitted, provided they do not directly advertise prohibited alcohol products or services.

12.9. AnimeAd may remove prohibited advertisements and restrict accounts for violations.

13. Financial Products, Credit Cards and Banking Information

13.1. Users must not publicly post credit card or debit card numbers, security codes, PINs or online banking passwords.

13.2. Advertisements offering stolen, cloned, counterfeit or unauthorised payment cards are prohibited.

13.3. Bank account credentials, login details, authentication tokens and OTP codes must not be sold or exchanged.

13.4. Financial scams, fraudulent investment opportunities, Ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes are prohibited.

13.5. Money laundering, unauthorised money transfers and transactions involving proceeds of crime are prohibited.

13.6. Advertisements for financial products or services must comply with all applicable licensing and disclosure laws.

13.7. False guarantees of investment returns or risk-free profits are prohibited.

13.8. Users must not impersonate banks, payment providers or financial regulators.

13.9. AnimeAd may reject financial advertisements where licensing, authenticity or compliance cannot reasonably be established.

13.10. Users should never send passwords, PINs, OTP codes or sensitive financial credentials to advertisers.

14. Payment for AnimeAd Services

14.1. Creating an account and publishing ordinary classified advertisements may be free, subject to applicable category restrictions.

14.2. AnimeAd may offer optional paid features such as premium listings, highlighting, promotional placements or membership services.

14.3. Prices and applicable charges will be displayed before purchase.

14.4. Where available, payments for AnimeAd services may be processed through independent third-party payment providers.

14.5. Users authorise the applicable payment provider to process payments they approve.

14.6. Payment card information entered through a third-party payment service is governed by that provider's security and privacy arrangements.

14.7. AnimeAd does not require users to publish their payment card numbers or security codes in advertisements.

14.8. Users must not use stolen payment cards, unauthorised payment methods or fraudulent billing information.

14.9. Payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, the purchase terms and relevant payment provider rules.

14.10. Refund rights required by consumer protection laws cannot be excluded.

14.11. Promotional features do not guarantee enquiries, sales, ranking positions or financial returns.

14.12. Any recurring payment or subscription, if offered, must have its price, renewal conditions and cancellation terms disclosed before purchase.

14.13. AnimeAd may suspend paid services where payments are fraudulent, reversed or otherwise invalid, subject to applicable law.

15. Payments Between Buyers and Sellers

15.1. Payments between users are ordinarily arranged directly between the relevant parties.

15.2. AnimeAd does not automatically guarantee, insure or hold funds for user-to-user transactions.

15.3. Users must independently verify payment instructions and recipient details.

15.4. Sellers should confirm receipt of funds through their own bank or payment provider.

15.5. Fake payment confirmations and fraudulent transfer screenshots are prohibited.

15.6. Buyers should exercise caution when asked to make advance payments.

15.7. Users should agree on delivery, inspection, refunds and payment conditions before transacting.

15.8. Any disputes over payment between users are generally the responsibility of the parties involved.

15.9. Mandatory legal rights and any express protections AnimeAd separately offers remain unaffected.

16. Vehicles and Automotive Advertisements

16.1. Vehicle advertisers must own the vehicle or be authorised to sell it.

16.2. Stolen vehicles and vehicles with falsified identification numbers are prohibited.

16.3. Sellers must not misrepresent mileage, ownership, registration, accident history or condition.

16.4. Known material defects and legally required disclosures must be provided.

16.5. Vehicle dealers must hold any licences required by their jurisdiction.

16.6. Sellers must comply with applicable registration, roadworthiness, title transfer and consumer protection laws.

16.7. Buyers should independently verify vehicle ownership and outstanding finance.

16.8. AnimeAd does not conduct mechanical inspections or guarantee roadworthiness.

16.9. Vehicle sales involving fraudulent deposits, false documentation or misleading representations are prohibited.

17. Real Estate, Rentals and Accommodation

17.1. Property advertisements must be posted by owners or appropriately authorised representatives.

17.2. Fake rental listings and advertisements for properties that do not exist are prohibited.

17.3. Advertisers must not use stolen property photographs or falsely claim ownership.

17.4. Real estate agents must hold any licences required by applicable laws.

17.5. Rental prices, deposits, fees and material conditions must be accurately disclosed as required by law.

17.6. Illegal discrimination in housing advertisements is prohibited.

17.7. Users must not demand fraudulent deposits or advance payments for unavailable properties.

17.8. Property advertisements must comply with applicable tenancy, housing, building and consumer laws.

17.9. AnimeAd does not verify ownership, inspect premises or guarantee property availability.

17.10. Buyers and renters should conduct independent inspections and legal checks before signing agreements.

18. Jobs, Recruitment and Employment

18.1. Job advertisements must describe genuine employment or legitimate work opportunities.

18.2. Fake job offers, fraudulent recruitment and identity-harvesting schemes are prohibited.

18.3. Employers must comply with applicable minimum wage, employment, workplace safety and anti-discrimination laws.

18.4. Human trafficking, forced labour, exploitative recruitment and unlawful employment practices are prohibited.

18.5. Job advertisements must not misrepresent salary, location, duties, employment conditions or employer identity.

18.6. Employers must not request passwords, banking authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

18.7. Advertisements requiring applicants to transfer money for unknown third parties are prohibited.

18.8. Recruitment fees must comply with applicable law and must not be deceptive.

18.9. Employers must comply with applicable immigration and work-authorisation requirements.

18.10. AnimeAd does not guarantee employment, salary payments, employer legitimacy or job suitability.

18.11. Job seekers should verify employers before providing sensitive documents.

19. Services and Business Opportunities

19.1. Service providers must accurately describe their services and qualifications.

19.2. Businesses must obtain required licences, registrations and insurance.

19.3. False professional credentials and fraudulent business identities are prohibited.

19.4. Misleading guarantees, fabricated testimonials and deceptive business claims are prohibited.

19.5. Contractors must comply with applicable safety and consumer laws.

19.6. Business opportunity advertisements must not promise guaranteed profits without a lawful and substantiated basis.

19.7. Illegal franchises, pyramid schemes and fraudulent investment programmes are prohibited.

19.8. Advertisers must not misrepresent affiliations with recognised companies.

19.9. AnimeAd does not guarantee the quality or performance of services advertised by third parties.

19.10. Business opportunities involving the sale, manufacture, importation, distribution or promotion of prohibited medicines, supplements, alcohol or other prohibited products are not permitted.

20. Business Profiles and Company Directories

20.1. Businesses may create profiles to describe their activities, products and services.

20.2. Business profile information must be accurate and reasonably current.

20.3. Businesses must not impersonate existing companies or create fraudulent branches.

20.4. Company logos and trademarks may be used only with appropriate rights or permission.

20.5. Businesses must not falsely claim accreditation, licensing, certification or government approval.

20.6. AnimeAd may remove duplicate, misleading or fraudulent business profiles.

20.7. The presence of a business profile does not constitute verification, endorsement or a guarantee by AnimeAd.

20.8. Businesses remain responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, licensing, tax and consumer laws.

20.9. Business profiles must not be used to advertise, promote, link to or facilitate sales of prohibited medicines, pharmaceuticals, vitamins, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, bodybuilding supplements, alcoholic beverages or other prohibited goods.

20.10. Businesses primarily promoting prohibited products or services may have their profiles rejected or removed.

21. Animals, Pets and Wildlife

21.1. Animal advertisements must comply with applicable animal welfare and trading laws.

21.2. Stolen animals and unlawfully obtained pets are prohibited.

21.3. Protected wildlife, endangered species and unlawfully traded animal products are prohibited.

21.4. Animal fighting, cruelty, trafficking and illegal breeding activities are prohibited.

21.5. Advertisers must comply with applicable registration, identification, vaccination and breeder licensing requirements.

21.6. Users must not misrepresent an animal's breed, age, health or origin.

21.7. AnimeAd may remove advertisements that present animal welfare or legal concerns.

22. Prohibited and Restricted Goods – Additional Categories

The following advertisements are prohibited where unlawful, unsafe or contrary to AnimeAd's platform rules. Certain categories are prohibited by AnimeAd worldwide even when lawful locally.

22.1. Stolen or counterfeit goods.

22.2. All medicines and pharmaceuticals, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, minerals, protein powders, dietary supplements, nutritional supplements, herbal supplements, Ayurvedic remedies, bodybuilding supplements, weight-loss supplements, steroids and hormone products.

22.3. Firearms, ammunition, explosives and restricted weapons.

22.4. Pornography, sexual services and explicit adult material.

22.5. Human organs, body parts and unlawful human biological materials.

22.6. Human trafficking, slavery, forced labour and exploitation.

22.7. Stolen personal information, identity documents and financial credentials.

22.8. Hacking services, malware, ransomware, spyware and stolen digital accounts.

22.9. Pirated software and unlawfully distributed copyrighted media.

22.10. Counterfeit passports, identification cards, certificates and official documents.

22.11. Illegal gambling services, unlawful lotteries and fraudulent betting schemes.

22.12. Recalled, unsafe or unlawfully modified consumer products.
