The Turkish Airlines Houston Office in Texas advises travelers to get in touch with the airline's reservation department in case they want to inquire about cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and rules. Sometimes, the reimbursement depends on the fare class the passenger bought while other times it depends on the timing of the cancellation and rules of booking. Therefore, the passenger must keep the rules of booking and the fare class in mind before submitting their request. Those who booked their ticket through an agency should contact the respective representative.
